Summary

Adds one bounded external-QA Lotus case for the passive Tradernet evidence collected in safal207/LiminalQAengineer PRs #54, #58, and #60.

Judgment

Verdict: ESCALATE

Confirmed for human reporting:

  • P1 mobile public chart route returns the 404 experience for mobile user-agents;
  • P1-performance late mobile hero discovery materially increases LCP;
  • P2 mobile terminal entry downloads a hidden 346,800-byte 2x image;
